I'm currently feeling fairly fab, food is cooking nicely in oven, house is gleaming, fire is roaring and managed to put Velcro rollers in hair and luckily its gone all bouncy. DD said it looked lovely when she got in from work

Gosh its busy on here, not caught up with everyones posts yet.
Its been a busy week, but glad its back to normal. I'm a tax consultant and normally January is very manic, but I think we have finally trained our clients to get their info to us early as we are all quite relaxed and just finishing up the stragglers, no doubt though there will always be someone calling at the last hour.
Well I've been trying to eat healthy and apart from a few naughty bits I've done quite well. Been back to the gym and got weighed I put on 5lb over christmas so trying to get that off along with loads more.
Hope everyone is well and looking forward to the weekend. :jChiari Brain Malformation - decompression survivor

Hello all
I also have been back on the moisturising after the shower and taking care. Nice skinny jeans on with a vest and a lovely v neck pale blue jumper which is a little loose but looks really nice together. A little bronzer and mascara. In fact one of the males at work commented that there was something different about me after the holidays ( nicely not weirdly) so this fabbing and exercising must actually make a difference...
I totally agree with the bra fitting. I went from 32D to 30E and I didn't think I had a chest and yet get measured properly and viola there it was!
Anyway glad everyone is well and pampering. Enjoying all the reading and encouragement around on this page0 -
What a week! Its been horrendously busy with next to no time for anything except work - parents evenings, late meetings, deadlines to meet....at least its Friday! Sorry I just haven't had the time to post here but I have maintained the minimum fabbing routines - removing make up, washing hair every day, night cream, perfume and make up etc
I also found 5 mins to sort out my toenails but they need doing again now - grrr!
I haven't had any booze all week but did have a small glass of wine after work this evening - stress relief medicine. Normally when I'm so tired I'd just get a takeaway or end up eating rubbish all evening but I forced myself to make some proper tea (just pasta and a tomato based sauce but better than a big fat curry).
I'm going to have a bit of a body blitz tomorrow to sort myself out again and have a good look at the finances too but tonight its sofa surfing for me. xx0 -
Forgot to add that our lovely headteacher has recognised that we're all knackered and frazzled with an Ofsted visit approaching and announced today that the week beginning 19th Jan is staff well being week.
He's giving everyone a voucher to use on massage, beauty treatments or a car valet (!) at a couple of local salons and organising some yoga, cookery and sport sessions and has cancelled all after school meetings for the week - hurrah!0 -
Evening All,
Everyone seems to be doing really well with the fabbing.
I had yoga this morning so am wearing leggings and a vest top, but added a wine coloured sweater dress and my black knee high boots once that once was done. I went to the hairdressers this afternoon for a trim and blow dry and have booked another appointment for the end of January ready for my big family party.
I'd forgotten that I was having my hair done last night and have arranged to take DGD and DDiL swimming tomorrow morning. I can't decide whether to still go, which will wreck the hair or cry off. I think I will still go as DGD (who is only 4) starts swimming with school next week and is rather apprehensive so we are trying to build her confidence and tomorrow is the only time we can take her. Last week she managed to swim a width with just her swim fin on her back - the first time she's let go and trusted it so we want to build on that.
Thanks for the advice about the footwear yesterday - I did go for the boots which looked great. I seem to have worn them every day since I bought them last week. They are really comfortable and worth every penny. I've teamed them with all sorts of outfits too.
Well, this is my first evening in this week - I worked Mon, went to a quiz Tues, aerobics Wed and babysat Thurs - so was looking forwards to spending it with DH. And what did I do - fell asleep on the sofa for over an hour! Mind you, he was busy sorting out his fishtanks so not too bothered. Anyhow, we are both going to snuggle up together and watch something recorded earlier in the week, probably Broadchurch, now.

Good evening fabbers,
I am continuing to maintain my normal fabbing routine. I think i will add applying more body butter to my whole leg instead of just my knees. My knees are feeling so different and soft now.
I didn't realise we do special fabbing on Fridays so i will have to remember that for next week.
I spent the day trying to hide from the gales and doing home fabbing.
I even managed to squeeze in some sewing as well.
We are all doing so very well.

I weighed myself this morning as I have decided I'm going to get back with program and onto Slimming world this coming week - with an aim to lose about seven pounds over the next few weeks.
I started to do a bit of Fly Lady fabbing of the kitchen today and for some bizarre reason I decided it would be a good idea to pull out fridge freezer and clean underneath it. OMG that was the morning gone.
