It's beyond depressing but we're in the right place with everyone else here. Hoping January 2016 shows a lot less than it does now!

I'm leasing at the moment, but desperately want to get out of the cycle of not actually owning my car! I've spent too much time thinking that the new set of wheels I'm buying is a fantastic deal, when in actual fact I'm losing thousands by not buying a cheaper 2nd hand car. I'm just a hook, line and sinker consumer slave :rotfl:
  • Too right! We're all in this together eh?

See we basically don't own ours either, may as well have leased it. But with the kids we (husband ;) ) won't go for an older car so we're stuck in a cycle. I'm hoping to stick with the current car for a year after its paid off and I'll put the money that would go on the payments aside towards a chunky deposit. Hopefully give us a better chance of a good(ish) deal

    Utter madness eh?!

    108 here!

The good news: managed to get off to a good start and have paid £1148.77/£9139.48! Spread across the cc's and the car payments.

The bad news: got a bill from the dentist today. I was expecting it and it's not too terrible, but not fun all the same! At least my teeth aren't hurting at the moment!

Hey Pablo....Hope you are well.... :)

I have been looking at what is realistic for me over the next 12 months and I have realised that my initial Target for the Year just isn't feasible....

So, can I amend my Yearly Target for 2015 to £8500....And so far I have paid off £239.13....Leaving £8260.87...

Thank You....this way I believe I can make my Target :)
