#49 checking in!
Don't think I updated my figure last month - naughty me! But my current total is £4,543.85/£5,000
I'm determined that I will reach my initial target of £5,000 as under £500 left to go so I'm not sure how it works - set a new target (i.e. #49 show as 100% and new number with additional amount) or amend my current target? If that makes sense! I think I'd like to reach 100% so I can say I did it, in case I then set it too high!Debt as at 5 June 2023 - £15,600.89
Current debt - £5,555.00
Total paid off - £10,045.89 (64% paid off)0 -

So close! I can either amend your target, and the percentage will change too, or just let it go over 100%. Silian is sat there at 138.7%!
It's up to you. Personally, I'm going to amend my target when I get to the point I will get to 100% by Christmas just by making my routine payments. Did that make any sense?!Woohoo, it's Friday. Plus it's payday today/QUOTE]

Haven't updated in a while so hope everyone is alright? 9 weeks to go until baby arrives :eek:
Lounge is complete in the new home now, got the curtains and rail up (badly due to seriously hard concrete) and painted the final coat on that wall too.
Nursery still needs to be done but OH's Dad will be helping out with that so we should be ready for when baby arrives.
Happy debt paying guys
Hey Mat, sounds like busy times in the new house! It's only going to get busier, enjoy the peaceful sleep while you can... :rotfl:0 -

Hi all
So I have added another £750 into the pot to pay back the folks at Christmas so it brings me up to £1665.71 paid for them. This is 33.31% of total owing to them.
Will put some extra in next month as will have some spare due to being on holidays and we have all the money together for that anyway.
Feels really good to know that I will finally have paid this back after 15 years.. Far too long.
