  • Well done everyone on your debt payments, some great numbers flying about :D

I cant wait until the 30th April- payday. It seems so far away though, i am itching to click the over payment button on my bank loan! I hate that it takes up to 48 hours to show the new total but i love getting the letters in the post thanking me for the OP and showing how much interest has been saved (this is the last debt with interest, everything else 0%)

Its quite addictive paying it off - Every payday to me is like christmas eve to a kid. Roll on the day all that extra cash is my disposable income!

#19 here. Paid off the balance of the Virgin CC £1793. So that two debts slain, and two to go.

    New total paid = £9,129.12 / £12,334.00
    Percentage paid = 74%
    • Mortgage over-payments to date: = £16,746
    • Original redemption date: August 2043
    • Current redemption date: July 2041
    • Debt: £15,930
    • Savings: £12,430
  • I have made 3 credit card payments today. The good bit - all three were over the min payment (even if only a little), they are all 0%, I have not used my credit cards for over 3 months so balances are always decreasing. The bad bit - it's frustratingly slow and I'm worried that's going to affect my motivation.

    Anyway #39 £2408/£20108/12%

Well done to everybody so far x
