Got offered a full time job at mcdonalds. Over all it will be more money for me but not much after petrol, tax and NI. But I have until Monday to decide. Is starting to feel like it's a crisis day every day and want to get out but there not much difference in pay if I leave after everything's taken into consideration. If I change jobs I will have a 3 month probationary period and if after that they don't think I'm suitable I will be jobs less so I know it's sometimes better the devil you know. Been offered to be the talking shop rep in work which is I elands version of a union but I'm not sure if I'm strong enough to try and get the changes made to the show we need but I know I would be determined enough. The next couple of days will be taking a lot out of me between work and making the decisions I need to to secure my future. If your of the praying nature a little would be appreciated.

    Happy Saturday everyone

Lot's of juggling around this week - my brother has owed me money for a car for ages and has been in financial trouble himself. Finally sorted himself out (I'm helping him with his budgeting etc) so I have been able to pay off the Luma card.

Interest/charges added to Cap One - updated totals below:

    #72 £1746.69 / £2733

One debt to go . . am slowly chipping away myself with this one - rounding down bank account etc and sending excess over plus usual minimum payments. Have been using Quidco for insurance renewals and to switch a bank account so hopefully will have some larger payments in a few months to put towards it also.
    DFBXmas 2015 £1933 / £2733

    Barclaycard £800 - Luma £0 - Next £0

Hopefully next month I'll have paid off my credit union so will have a month or so free of that before I take another loan out to book our dream holiday :)

 How awful, i hope that she is doing ok now x Hospital parking is a nightmare and complete rip off not MSE at all :money:

I've had 3 trips to hospital with my youngest in the last 3 weeks, (Rugby injury- leg brace, fracture clinic and now physio for 6 weeks so more expense!)

Thanks Kittycat, she's doing a lot better now and the swelling has gone down significantly. :) Hope your youngest recovers quickly.

On it, hope you feel peaceful about the decision you make. I'm sure there are plus sides and downsides about both jobs. You just have to go with your gut. ;) :A

Evening everyone - hope all of you that have been hospital attendees are on the mend xxx

Small update of £70 for me - two CC payments went out as usual. Updating signature...Oh, and a small overpayment of £5.75 to go out tomorrow, so adding now...

    #85 £7152.66/£25,000 = 28.61%

Also, I got my £30 energy switch cashback on Friday! Anyone else do this through the MSE website? Still deciding where to put it...

Yes I did as well. I think I put it towards my debt or holiday savings...can't remember which one. :)
