    Hi Rebekah :)

I'm 24 weeks on Saturday. I spend most of the time pretty calm about it all as we're inheriting a cot, have bought the pram and got given some newborn hand-me-downs, blankets etc from OH's brother & sister-in-law. But then I have these moments of intense panic where I want to nest but there's so much to do in the house clearing and rearranging wise that I don't know where to start...then I get stressed and cry (much to my and OH's amusement half an hour later!). I think once we move OH's office from the box room to the 2nd bedroom and sort that, I'll at least feel I have a room to put baby's stuff in rather than it being piled in the baby bath next to the sofa!

Stick to your guns unless they can give you very clear and specific reasons why you can't try for a vbac or breech vbac. I get really annoyed when medical professionals get vague and hope the word 'risk' will deter you, without being specific about what the actual risks are and the chances of things going wrong. Birth rarely goes exactly as planned but that shouldn't mean you can't try for the birth you want.

Well, we had our private scan yesterday and we are officially TEAM PINK!!

Daughter was very pleased and loved watching the very wiggly baby on the screen. I can't believe how much she was moving and yet I can't feel any of it yet! We're very pleased to be having another girl. We would have been pleased to have a boy too but we were struggling to imagine ourselves with a boy after 5 years of princesses! We will also find it much easier to pick a girls name.

Don't worry I can quote Mary Cronk :rotfl:

I'm the opposite. I want to do stuff but have nothing to do! As we have everything from baby girl 1!! I wanna do stuff!

Big chunk of yellows there now! Poor boys, we need some blues to even things out a bit. Congrats on your scans slowly and muso :)

Can you start to arrange clothing Rebekah? Like finding your DD's old baby stuff and putting it into age group piles? Haha, can you tell I'm clutching at straws for you! Are you having another girl? We need to update your colour :) To be fair, if I was 38 weeks and baby came tomorrow we'd manage (aside from not having the cot yet!), so I shouldn't stress too much.

Hmmm its all in age ranges from before in sacks in the loft! All it needs doing is washing the newborns and washing the 0-3's and pulling down the 3-6s ready! They are going to go in the 2 year olds wardrobe - don't wanna do it this far out or she will just rip it all out :( Might even need to house the clothes somewhere else tbh. Hmmm ...

Hi all, well we seem to be getting the house in order just in time (hi to those of you on the KonMarie method thread :hello:) for getting an influx of baby related items from my sister who has just finished having babies. Apparently my dad's car was totally full on the way back from hers, all with baby stuff for us. We're really lucky to be given so much for free and she is happy it's going to be used and out of her house, win win!

Have bought the pushchair we wanted on eBay and just got a cosytoes to go with it on Freegle :) so far this is a budget baby, but well equipped!

l am really enjoying baby's kicks and wriggles these days. I didn't feel anything until 20 weeks (felt like a bit of a failure because everyone kept asking if I was feeling kicks yet from 16 weeks onwards!) but in the last week hubby has been able to feel it too which is lovely.

I'm going to be 24 weeks tomorrow so I suppose I'll be graduating onto the next thread. Seems way too soon though, I've got ages left, there's no need for the 'last trimester' label, surely!?!?

Anyway, hope you are all well, take care x
