Good luck for your scans tomorrow Littlemoog and sweetilemon.
Congratulations too on your application being approved sweetilemon!
AFM, completed the paperwork for work for my mat leave and handed in my MatB1. I officially end work on the 24th December 2015 (though on AL until the beginning of Feb) and all going according to plan, am not expected back at work until the middle of March 2017!!! (Though will be back on payroll from the beginning of Feb, I have 7 weeks AL to use up before the end of March so will tag them onto the end of mat leave.
It suddenly seems real - less than 2 months to go before I'm off.0 -
Wow saffagal that does seem so close! I'm really not sure how my AL will work because I get standard AL pay but work term time so am off 13 weeks a year - not quite sure what I can add on at the end. Doubt I'll be able to take any before my start date but will see. It's a nice time to take your leave from saffagal, you won't have the back to work jan blues for 2 years in a row! Woohoo!0

Lol I actually love working over the Christmas period/early Jan as it is school hols so traffic is light on my commute, and patient's relatives tend to be around so it's easy to see them/do a visit with them present.
BUT, I do HATE the cold, dark mornings in Jan and Feb, having to scrape the car... so very happy to avoid that 2 years running!0 -
All well at our scan this morning, and in a first ever occurrence our appointment was early! Bet the consultants will be their normal 1hr+ late tomorrow though
Baby not very cooperative for the measurements, but she got them all in the end. We're still team yellow, so will be a surprise at the endLittle monkey born November 2012:jFroglet due March 20160 -

Thought I would now graduate myself, as I have reached 27 weeks, and the twins are extremely lively and kicking me lots - quite brutally sometimes! Bought myself some bio-oil as my stomach was feeling SO stretched.Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')

No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)0 -

Thought I'd add myself to the list. I'm currently 12+3 with twins! We only found out yesterday so we're still in shock but very excited!
Hope everyone is okay, very envious of those who get a half term break! Our Rainbow Twins born 17th April 2016

OMG Lulu, congratulations! The whole twin thing is a shock isn't t it? all I was hoping for was a heartbeat this time, so was so surprised to be told there were two!
Take it easy, and start the joy of researching twin prams! There is also a lovely twin group on babycentre.
