  • On a slight roll here! Have ordered some stuff online and managed to sort 2 appointments - 1 for DD1 at GP next week - the GP and day of her choice, which is amazing! And a hair appointment for me for Sunday. I currently can't see because of my fringe and am so delighted to get an appointment for this side of January!

and many many thanks for the positive thoughts for DD2 and her boyfriend. They are safely in Paris and she posted a picture of them on f/b last night with an illuminated Eiffel Tower behind them, saying it was the best birthday present ever!

on a lovely day off work today to sort out christmas. SPent the first hour finishing off dd1's hat :j which is now having a little soak before I block it.

investigated and found source of a pong. I spilt a lot of milk yesterday and it was the cloths I\d used to clean it up humming away in the washing basket. Anyway those are in the wash now and I've also emptied the compost and cleaned the surfaces again.

off to do some wrapping and sorting - s*ds law - while I was out at WIlkos buying wrapping paper, I've missed an @mazon delivery :mad: Nevermind, picked up some books for the kids in the cs ready to wrap from santa. And a quick heads up, although it sounds like everyone has wrapped already! Wilko's have got 12m rolls of paper for £2, 3for2 :D

Best of luck for later dusty

Eich it's been a long day ;) my eyes are on fire I'm so tired. DS has been a bit tearful, and now DD is crying because she's eaten a pr!ngle with chapped lips <ouch>

I think we've seen enough of Thursday ;) we are not having a nap (I'd never get them to bed at a reasonable time) but an early night will be had by all...

We've had a craft hour at the DR table, so I need to tidy that up. I kept last years cards just for a day like this, so they have been snipping away making gift tags for me. We are making some "for your mistle-toes" bundles for their teachers and TAs with a nail buffer, mini polish, toe separator and a candy cane. So we've tied those together with ribbon.

But it's snack time now and they spotted the £1 pr1ngles I'd stashed for Xmas...

I had my mojo this morning now I don't know where it's gone...
