No news because it went a bit OTT at one point, internal bleeding, hours of waiting for ops, then no ops, then not so serious and severe back to stable then breathing, so far stable, masses of dosages of morfin etc, trying to manage the pain, they are moving him, via ambulance, when? everything changes within hours, then a day, then two then back to stable.

Oh Victory, how awful. This must be so hard on you. As I said before, the patient is in good care, you have to look after yourself.

It's great to hear from you and please don't feel obliged to come and update us - you have loads on your plate at the moment. Just know we are thinking of you. x

Sounds like OH has had a rough day, if he is not stable then they won't risk moving him yet.
Hang in there victory, things will start to turn your way soon.

Oh, bless you. That's rotten; I'm ever so sorry. I'm glad he's stabilised again, but I can well imagine how wretched you must have felt/feel.

Keeping everything crossed for happier days ahead. Love and best wishes. xx

so sorry Victory, but these setbacks can happen. and the medics do tend to verbalise all the options - which raises expectations with relatives. Then its back to 'oh he is stabilising - so we wait and see'. Its really really hard when this happens. you are primed for action and nothing happens. But, if your OH can get himself through these 'crises' then its far better for him to heal naturally. He sounds such a strong man Vic, I really think the staff are doing the right thing, and he is going to go from strength to strength.
I think of him and you often and send 'healing' thoughts to all of you.
