I'm so sorry to hear of your dear Mum's premature death, Iolanthe, it must have been very hard on you all. However, your Dad is obviously doing his best to help you all and himself, bless him. I'm sure your Mum would love the idea.

I had to drive to Glasgow yesterday. It was the worst drive through ever. It was soooo windy and the rain was horrible. Even the usual 100 mile-an-hourers were going slower. Luckily the snow has gone or that would have finished me off.
It's actually quite bright at the moment. Let's hope we can make it to 4pm before it gets dark today. I have to go out at lunchtime so I will get the benefit of daylight today if it stays like this.

£2 coin and 1p went in the pot yesterday. I have about 20p in my purse today which I pledge to the pot when I get home

popped some change from shopping into the pot today.. washed the car too.. brrrr it's cold out... still a nice shiney car again.. (minus the scrapes lol)
ill probs use 2015's pot for my jollies to scotland back end of the year.. or insurance depends how much is in it

I fed the hungry, hungry pot 3 £2 coins this weekend! This is a BIG DEAL in my world and the most I've given the pot since I started. He also ate some shrapnel but I was a bit blase about that after the £2 coin feast

Haven't missed a day so far and enjoy looking in my purse during the day deciding what I'm going to feed him tonight
