Hi, I would love to join in please! Will aim to save £500 please! Xx

A very warm welcome, WifeandMummy. It's lovely to have you with us. :grinheart Enjoy yourself saving, posting and joining in the banter. You'll find your number at the bottom of the list on post 2nd post of page 1. Please read through post 1 as it'll let you know exactly what to do with the challenge. PS. We empty our pots and declare our savings in November, please make a note of this year's date: 5th Nov.

Please also subscribe to the thread by clicking on "Thread Tools" (lower green bar) and clicking "Subscribe to this thread"...or you may lose us! To put your SPC No on, go to "Quick Links" (right side of top green bar), click and then click on "Edit Signature" and you're away. ;)

*Please pop your numbers on your sigs, it really helps.

WifeandMummy - please note that instead of giving you the following No on the list I've given you No 33! I know that member would have returned by now so it's fine to do so. I've also put you Target on, I hope you manage to pot that much - maybe even more! :D

Thanks for a lovely welcome, ETO, a gold star for you! :staradmin

  • £3 potted this week.

I've got silver and coppers in a holding pot. I'll swop these to £1 coins when I next get change and pot the £1 or £2 into the sealed pot.

    That's my plan.

Morning all. A very wet and windy morning up here in Cumbria....but at least yesterdays snow and ice has now departed so I feel safer going out the door!

I went to a do last night. Bought myself 1 drink at £1.80. Was then given a free drinks voucher which I sold to someone else there for £2 (cheaper to them than buying a £4 odd pint). So my 20p profit has gone into the pot :D. Ha ha I'll make an entrepreneur yet

I feel there is a lack of chritmas stuff so thought i'd add :rudolf::santa2::xmastree:x
Will we be seeing you on the apprentice next season then :rotfl:

  • Evening Everyone :)

Still feeling rather down but I think it's because, as I've said before, I'm on Antibiotics and trying to still Work and do Placement and everything else...NOT easy....

But on the plus side my Abcess seems to have disappeared...which is GREAT....Let's hope it doesn't come back!!

Have an Up and Down Week ahead of me this Week....VERY VERY VERY manic day on Tuesday....but apart from that it's not looking to be too bad....I have my new Bed coming on Saturday...cannot wait as my current Mattress has springs coming up all over the place....so it will be nice not to be uncomfortable in bed!!

I'm Potting another £5 tonight....when I can be bothered to go and put it in the Pot!! LoL :D

Hope everyone is well....And I hope you are all managing with the Weather....

I promise I'll try and cheer up next time I come and Post on here :)

Ha ha thanks scotmumof3!! Would Alan sugar be happy with 20p profit? There is chance of another £2 later in the week as I gave away the second tickets to promises I'd get paid at work! Will keep you all posted.

Actually, I think 20p without the constant bickering in the taxis and the answering back in the board room probably would win me the job :rotfl:

Potted the change from the pub - Intention of spending £20 over the evening, a few games of pool, a few beers, and the change of £12.00 went into the pot. I also found a lucky penny under the pool table which went in the pot for good luck!
