What a relief lynnejk, I am so happy that your son is safe. Offering lots of hugs to you if ok.


I was very happy today as I found 10p coin of roadkill, I was so happy I even bent to get it with my dodgy back!


I have got some coins to pot at least 40p, maybe more but I need to work out if I have any expenses (payday in nine days!). Perhaps I could add a few coins to my holding pot to prevent any temptation!

I found £1.42 in the bottom of my handbag today... so that went into the pot along with 54p change that was in my purse, and £6 I made from one of the university experiments I did today. It was basically looking at a screen and clicking a mouse and choosing different options. Simple!
So a total of £7.96 potted today. :j

Been a hard few weeks, not going to lie, but managed 6p roadkill today. Fits nicely in my new sealed pot that i got for christmas

However, a visit to the dentist cost me £329 for a new crown. Fortunately I had budgeted for this so it wasn't too much of a shock.

Found 25p in coppers lying round the house yesterday, hubby had left 12p on the table, must have cleared out his pockets and the rest was found when I moved some of the kids toys away from the fire to put it on.
