Just moved house and therefore have no money BUT we're now in a miles cheaper area and DH has had a payrise so from next month should be laughing
So having paid the movers etc I've only just climbed over £300 saved so far in April, but hoping for our deposit back v soon so can add that too - might have to go in May's declaration instead. Will declare properly at the end of the month.
Just wanted to say this is the first time we've ever moved without incurring debt, never mind while managing to add to savings!! Feels great even if it's not much!
Keep it up, everyone - some amazing numbers are keeping me motivated through these couple of lean, transitional months :beer:0 -
Update for me in April saving 781.33 including a few interest payments received bringing my total to 3,457.84/11,000.00 or 31.43%. Have updated via the quick update formSave £12,000 in 2017 member #110 Amount to date 971.50/ 10,000 - 9.71%)

If it's possible to move number, slowlyfading, could I be terribly cheeky and ask to be 22 please? In my defence, I look at the spreadsheet a lot and it's not so far to scroll down!! Also, it looks nice if all the spaces are filled in (I think). I'm the second person to ask so it is perfectly okay if the answer is no.0

:j No 159 dropping by with £1000 savings for April.
Had a frugal month but not expecting to be able to save much the next couple of months as I'm needing to spend a bit of money on my wee house.
So will be very frugal but very spendy, if that makes sense.
Keep up the good work, everyone. Every penny counts :T.

Can I also be moved number wise? any number above 35? so I dont have to scroll all the way to the bottom! there are a few posters who haven't posted since January so could I be swopped with them?

Hi all,
I am still here focusing on my emergency fund account at the moment. Rather than the account I've ear marked for these savings but monthly direct debit still continues to go in. I did make a mistake last month and put the wrong total in but I'm going to try and bring the savings up to that amount when I get paid overtime this week so will update properly on Thursday.
