My father applied today. It has been referred - How long it takes for a decision on referred application.

I requested one and was told on the 13th that the letter had been generated on 7th May - I've not received it as at yesterday.
On the 13th when I spoke to them they said that they were inundated with applications given the switching incentive!0 -

Looks like no access to the account in the near future ! You have to wait for the code and then once you get access, order the security token to set up payees, etc.
Guess we'll have to wait it out; in the meantime, make sure account is funded for dds, etc.
Think I'll set up telephone banking; might be quicker !0 -

Anybody who switched away from CB/YB received a "courtesy call" from them? I was at work at the time so didn't have time to talk, just wondered what they were asking.0

Has anyone been paid the incentive under the new terms yet? I switched 38 days ago with 2 direct debits but there hasn't been a sign of the incentive. I think they are enforcing the 70 day rule now which is a shame as I am actually using the account!0

I am still waiting on my three under the old rules. I must be one of the very last as I signed and returned the forms on the last day of February which was the last day of the offer.
They have until Saturday then they will be getting an earful from me if they aren't paid - I suspect they aren't going to meet their deadline.0 -

Yes, my wife received one. She refused to talk to them in case it was in any way scam related. I believe they then said they'd call back the next day but they never did.0
