Yes he can. But why transfer t you first, then out ? Just transfer straight out.
Just curious, has anyone had trouble with pin numbers ?. Out off all my a/cs (YB/CB), the only ones that work are the first ones issued, ie on the first a/c with each bank. All others don't. I have had to transfer monies back from each subsequent a/c, to the first opened, and then out,, using that first/original pin.0 -

The daily allowance without the token is £1000 with a maximum of £300 in each transaction, so he'll have to transfer out 4 amounts to make up the £1000.0 -
just rec'd a 'courtesy' call from YB to ask if everything Ok and when I would be crediting my salary and direct debits..... She only seemed to know about my first (of 5) YB a/c's and nothing about the 5 CB ones. Must admit I waffled a bit !
I had a "courtesy" call yesterday. The person wanted to know so many details about me, where I lived, etc that I refused to answer. He "reassured" me that there was nothing untoward with the account and we finished the call. I really don't like it when they phone you and then ask you to give them personal info.0 -

Also I found out the hard way that the weekend counts as 'one' day so using the above method you can move £1,000 max or it gets referred to the fraud department who I had to call and then they agreed to transfer the referred payments on Monday.:o
My security token took three days, Saturday to Tuesday, to arrive in the post, has to be ordered online when you register for Internet banking.
Since then its been plain sailing!;)0 -

Yeah they count it from Friday-Sunday as one days isn't it? I've had to call the fraud department four times to get payments released. Am I just that unlucky? Still waiting on my token after a week.0 -
If you've done the Yorkshire Bank one can you do the Clydesdale one too?0

Clydesdale's online help says otherwise.
"If payments are made over the weekend they will be accumulated to Friday’s daily limit, so Friday, Saturday and Sunday (and Bank holidays if applicable) will all count as 1 business day."
