    Clydesdale's online help says otherwise.

"If payments are made over the weekend they will be accumulated to Friday’s daily limit, so Friday, Saturday and Sunday (and Bank holidays if applicable) will all count as 1 business day."

I didn't realise that friday was included in the 3 day one business day weekend as I only started on Saturday.

I was able to transfer a further £1,000 on Monday so you are right.

    Their banking is awful :/

The limit on internet banking is rubbish - it's sort of saying that their password/username/secret question answer isn't good enough, otherwise why would they limit you?

Managed to cycle the £1000 through telephone banking, which allows you to transfer more :S

Glad I'm only with them for the £150, then transferring to somewhere else.

IMO it's probably on a par with First Direct / M&S bank.
I realise that is not saying much ;)

First Direct isn't pretty to look at, but it does absolutely everything you need it to, without miserly limits, and the vast majority of things can be done without the token/app.

Absolutely agree with you. First Direct is streets ahead of all the other banks in terms of efficiency and customer service - nothing to touch it. The website's plain, simple, no-frills and works better and more quickly than any other I've tried.

Yorkshire, however, is at the other end of the scale. A bit like comparing a Mercedes with a Rover. It's good for handing out free £150s, but little else.
