  • Lovely day at the beach! MiL came too and paid for the fish and chips :T so it only cost us £3 for the kids to go on an inflatable bouncy slide :D. Lots of fun was had on the sand and the fresh air did us all good. Thank goodness for antibiotics!

Rang Groupon this morning to complain and they said someone would email me with a resolution within 24 hours. The girl admitted someone else had already raised the same complaint so they know they are at fault.

Half a pound off at chub club so not as bad as I thought .

12 weeks seizure free today! Awesome!

  • Sounds as though you had a lovely day on the beach and how lovely of mil to treat you to fish and chips.

Pleased you got through to Groupon, have they refunded you or given you new tickets?

12 weeks is certainly awesome, fingers crossed it continues.

    Take care.x.

FANTASTIC news about being seizure free for 12 weeks, AND half a pound off!! Day at the beach sounds amazing. So happy DS2 antibiotics kicked in quickly :) and lovely that you just decided to go and do what he wanted. Sometimes that is all that is needed to make us feel better. A bit of what we really wish for :)

Glad Group0n sorted, and hope they get back to you very soon indeed! Not nice to think of someone else going through the same as you did with the disappointed kids though. :(

£3 for a day out at the beach :D tomorrow I think we will be doing something similar with my mum and dad, heading down with Jelly on her new bike and taking her to the kids playground :)

Weather was gorgeous today ;) so of course I slept it away this afternoon hahaha! xx

Hi Lucky :), sorry to see DS2 has been poorly, but that you've had a good easter, the weather certainly helps! I know it's been nice in your neck of the woods, I visited there with my parents and sister yesterday...we went to Beamish!! Good day for it, then we went to the pub nearby with the dog, but waited an hour for food!

It's looking like being our last trip as a family before I move in with bf...something I've been waiting for, for ages!!! Can't wait, part of the reason I've been so ill :(

I went back to work last week, but was only a three day week as bestfriend got married and I was chief bridesmaid...had to make a speech and everything!!

Besides that hope you are doing ok, has counselling started? And yay on 12 weeks seizure free, that's great news!!! :D
    xx

  • Hope you get some compensation for wasted fuel and disappointed kids! That's really bad and I bet there were more than 2 of you that raised the complaint (Grr!)

Glad the antibiotics kicked in quickly and you got to have a fun day yesterday :T
