Cheesecake Recipes and questions?

Found this for a 'proper' scratch base without any kind of biscuits
http://www.thesteaksarehigh.com/
They make the base by combining:
almond flour, melted butter, granular Splenda
(It's a low-carb site so would probably work with ground almonds, ganulated sugar and butter)

If you are making a baked cheesecake - you could try making it without a base - or use a sponge base, or why not try with your rich tea biscuits - not sure how it will turn out, but worth a go - all recipes start somewhere!!!
Good luckI'm a nutter :j0 -

Ginger biscuits instead, use limes instead. What I'm really trying to say is try a lime and ginger biscuit cheescake.
