Hi Princess Kez, well done on your victory.

Just wanted to ask a question please - I have been given a court date of 16th august, can you tell me when i need to submit the court bundle - i haven't yet prepared it and i am getting really nervous - i am really hoping that they pay up without having to go to court but need to be prepared. The case was tranferred to my local court and they dispensed with the allocation questionnaire (don't know whether thats a good thing or not).

Any help you could give me would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks
    Rolo

    Hi,
you need to submit your bundle 2 weeks prior to court date, no later.
Our date was for the 07th Aug. with yesterday the 23rd being the last day BUT thankfully i happened to check my account on-line & low & behold Lloyds had paid back in full with a few pound extra, as with others not a letter or phone call to say they would. But i had sent the bundle anyway last minute yesterday by special delivery. Was better to be safe than sorry.

Good luck & stick with it, you've got unbelievable support & advice from this site.

HI there, i sent a letter to LLoyds TSB back in May asking for mine and my partners charges back (2 seperate accounts, 2 seperate letters) including the interest. I receieved a reply back regarding both accounts which was the usual rubbish that they are lawful, but if i was unhappy with this letter they would keep my records on file til august.

I then sent the letter template saying they had 14 days to reply with my money or i was goign to court, And i thought i was fair as i didn't increase the interest! but i have not heard anything, not even a letter sayng they received my letters.

IS THIS NORMAL??? Do i just continue to take them to court or shall i wait for a response??

I need help as i'm unsure what to do!
