hi all.me and my wife are claiming back almost £3000 of charges from lloyds.we sent the last letter about going to court and gave them 14 days, but then the hull thing happened (we are from hull) and we decided to wait to see what happened with that.well, this week we we got what seems to be the standard £750 offer to be placed in our account.what do we do about this.do we have to reply in writing that we dont accept it?
    thanks.

    Hi All,

I'd posted a few times on the other thread - not checked here lately but it's been locked; sorry if there was a reason for it and I'm breaking it now BUT... keep going. £5219 just arrived in my account this morning :)

Tell them you are accepting the money as part payment and without prejudice only and will continue your court claim for the rest.

  • Hi all,

I've just recieved one of my statements of charges from Lloyds but I asked for statements for both my accounts. Cheeky monkeys.

So, was wondering if anyones had any luck asking for statements to be printed out in person at a branch? I was told by a Consumer Credit Counselling dude that people have been able to do this...
