I sent mine back last Wed, it was loaded on the system last Thurs, and over a week later no money. Was told that it would be there no later than next Wed. I think HSBC are really making people wait 14days now. You'll prob receive next Thurs if that helpsWage Day Advance, Quick Quid, Pounds to Pocket and Pounds Till Payday....i'm after you0

Well yes that's certainly what they are trying but by accepting it as part payment and without prejudice only you are making it clear you are not stopping there.Reclaimed thanks to this site:
£175 Abbey Mortgage Repayment Fee, £170.03 Capital One Bank Charges £418.07 Lloyds TSB Bank Charges, £2,671.55 Mis-sold Endowment Policy, all for OH0 -
yesssssss got my letter through today.... they are paying me everything i claimed.....£460
Really glad I stuck with it, had to go all the way though as i was just waiting for my court date and the solicitors where trying to make me see my branch manager with a view to closing my account but i just ignored them and continued with the plan of going to court and then the letter arrived today..
Oh happy days... treating myself to my season ticket now :j
Cheers everyone :beer:0 -
Yes, this is right. If you accept part payment this does not prejudice right right to reclaim the remainder of what is owed via the courts (Foakes v Beer, 1884)0
