JTTOU hug for you sweetie, you have done so well, you have improved your health. It seems so unfair, I know it is not the point but how much would it be? Your emotional well being may be worth the cost .

Does anyone else struggle to discipline themselves to get to bed at a decent time? I tend to go to bed and end up online until gone midnight, which I know isn't good for me. Suggestions?.

Yes.. I go to bed between 1-2am most nights.. was 12:30 last night so pretty early.. I am up several times a night and get up about 7ish. I love my childfree time once they are all in bed and don't want it to end.. but then I love having them busying during the day... no pleasing me haha.

Suggestions.. do your bed time routines straight after dinner.. feed pets/fill kettle/load DW and WM or whatever so at bed time you can just go to bed.. and sometimes you just have to say stuff the lot and go to bed at 8:30!!

Go on a mug hunt (MOTHER, WILL YOU STOP ABANDONING MUGS EVERYWHERE?!?!?!:mad::mad::mad:)
    Do a load of washing
    Put dry washing away
    Empty and reload the dishwasher

Make up the rest of the auditor documents and check whether they're okay before printing a week's worth
    30 minutes to spare....
    Mop the kitchen floors
Wipe the work surfaces, remove at least 15 items which don't belong here or can be put away
    Got an hour....
Do 20/10 in my bedroom (Because it's also gross):(
Wipe over the hob, clean all the dials, take them off and clean underneath

    Extras

Sainsbugs have offered me 3500 N€ct@r points for spending 4x £60 in November. I have thrown away the coupon because there's no way that I shall do that when @ld1 is nearer and cheaper.
Flippin' 'eck, that's more than my entire grocery budget!! And I spend nearly half of that at the monthly Farmers Market and the F&V stall in Central MK.:D

    JTTOU Awww, sweetie - (((HUGS)))

I have to see the Consultant on Thursday about my paws, and I'm already jittery. I may be a gibbering wreck by Thursday. I someone could please let me have a table to sit under and a slipper to chew, I'll be out of the way.:rotfl:

    I'm in.

Big hugs to all that need them. I'm feeling strangely calm since having a rant at the girls about their room. It really does feel like a weight off my shoulders.
Dropped DD1 to work, came home to a call from DD2 asking if she had school today as her and the boyfriend (he get's the bus over every morning to walk her to school :) ) hadn't seen anyone else walking. I checked the calendar and it seems it was teacher training or whatever :rotfl: She came home again and the three of us went into town to get the glass on the back of her phone fixed. They also had subw@y and we had a look round the charity shops and brought lots of dvds. I'm currently having to ask DD2's permission on what ones I can buy as she's collecting some up for me for Christmas :D
First thing I sorted out the litter trays and cleaned the cat food area. I had to scrub out the dog's cage/crate as she had an accident during the night :o bedding has been washed and is now in the TD. DW is on it's second go. I have a load of washing waiting to go on the airer but the stuff from yesterday still isn't 100% dry  and as the kittens are doing my head in by running round the ground floor of the house including up the airer  I'm not going to even try setting up the other one.
DD2 and the boyfriend have gone over to his to play the xbox and she's had instructions to buy me some condensed soup while she's out.
I've started prepping dinner and also some other food to be frozen for another day.

[STRIKE]Wipe the work surfaces, remove at least 5 items which don't belong here or can be put away[/STRIKE]
    Got an hour....
HHMe time - going to carry on making my Christmas decorations and start watching disc 2 of LOTR :D
    Clean out your cutlery drawer
Wipe over the hob, clean all the dials, take them off and clean underneath

    Extras

    [STRIKE]Sort out your purse[/STRIKE]
Empty all the bins - will do once it's stopped (or lessened) raining :o

Hugs to you JTTOU, it just doesnt seem fair.

DH has gone back to work having both been fed, my work have said i can have the day off to go to DD2s baby scan. (i wont get paid but im not cared-ill try and get back to work if i can but when she offered me a place with her i couldnt say no)
did most of the things i planned on this morning (which wasnt a lot if im honest)
Dusty i take iron tabs as even before i went veggie i was always low on iron to the point of getting refused at about every 4th donation at blood doaning, it increased over the years to me ended up getting refused at 3 out of 4 so they sent me a nice letter saying they thought i needed my skinny blood more than they did. im not taking any thing else apart from an occasional multi vit.

suns out here so ive got some washing to hang out

Mrs MP which iron tabs are you taking? Take a look at hemaplex.

Had a lovely time drinking tea with my neighbour, going to S&S toilets and sinks and then make scones for when DS3 gets home. Not as far forward with paperwork as I'd like to be but hey ho.

    I've been Money Tipped!
Just the Two of us sorry to hear about your problems. Are there any charities that will give a grant for that kind of thing?

Got my paid work done this AM, but not much done this afternoon as yet. Have told DCs that the telly goes OFF at 4:30 and we will all do some jobs - hopefully they will join in! Just remembered I am also out this evening, which is very annoying as I wanted to get an early night. Thank you everyone for your good advice about getting into some good bedtime routines - that will by part of my flying this week.

Frog munched. It was one of the sewing jobs that I'd been putting off for .... ohhhh, let's just say quite a while .... In the end it wasn't difficult, it looks great and it's something that if I'd done it when I first thought of it would have been even easier. I'd say I just don't learn, but the finish on it, in the end, was a technique I learned on the first dressing gown, and it is one of the few things I liked about it. So, a useful thing.
    Better is good enough.
