Morning everyone! :hello: and especially to all the newbies!
I am so tired this morning, very little sleep last night, the rain and wind kept waking me up. So, a very slow start to the day, as DD not feelng well, so isn't going in to uni first thing.
I am going to get the kitchen done now. Back laters. It is never too late to become what you were always intended to be0 -
Hi everyone, good morning! Especially to englishrose89 and other newbies.
Been a laaaazy morning. We had a rough night - toddler came in our bed (as she still does most nights!:embarasse) and wriggled, kicked and muttered from 3am onwards. DH and I both look 5 years onlder than we are this morning. DH's turn to get up with the littlies and do the school run, :A, so I stayed in bed too long! I also stayed up too late last night. Does anyone else struggle to discipline themselves to get to bed at a decent time? I tend to go to bed and end up online until gone midnight, which I know isn't good for me. Suggestions?
All I've done so far is have breakfast, and s&S downstairs loo - since I usually leave the loos until they are DISGUSTING before I touch them, this is a real Flying achievement. I cleaned it yesterday (properly, and have S&Sd it today, so it is STILL CLEAN!:T
Paid work this morning, then will do my frog this afternoon - list the old bedside cupboards on ebay.0 -

Well done to you too Ionafan on weightloss - seem to remember that you have been in 12s for a while now. I can't find enough skirts that I like - everyone seems to wear trousers now!! Think I'll have to start sewing! Got another knitting project on the go - single rib scarf for someone- but made a mistake whilst trying to do it and watch Grand Prix last night so it is all pulled back!
DOne HHI and a quick tidy up.
Just about to do HHC - anyone joining me?July 16 £95/£200
Nov 16 £0/£200

Morning everyone
I'm in again this week. Thanks for the list. I've got a LOT of frogs to choose from and the cutlery drawer could really do with a clean. Perfect jobs for a rainy day.englishrose89 wrote: »Oh, and could one of you lovely ladies tell me how to change the picture by my name? Not sure how the tennis picture got there.

I think you need to go to 'user CP' and then 'edit avatar'
If you want to add a picture of your own there is an option for browsing and adding your own avatar.left the forum due to trolling/other nonsense

Marvellous Monday - Kitchen
Hoover mop the floors
Wipe the work surfaces, remove at least 5 items which don't belong here or can be put away
Heater on to dry floor, move washing machine back into place
Load of washing on, dry washing off screen and wet washing on
Tidy up lifted lino
Morning all,
I'm in again this week, have amended the list as there are a few things either not applicable or not needing done. I actually did a big clean of the kitchen last week so all the hob bits went through the dishwasher etc then.
Found a leak last week under the sink, looked like it had been there a while but as it was under the unit and puddle was under the lino it went unnoticed. Moved the WM and removed a chunk of the lino to let it dry (it's horrid stuff anyway) and was happy it was drying out. Stuck a load in the machine yesterday and sat down to a cuppa then wondered why I could hear water.... hadn't plumbed the machine back right  so floor once again drying, actually wanted to thump myself for being so stoopid! Still it could have been worse, if I'd put it on when I went to bed or out there'd be a whole load of water not just the start of it.
Started a big clear out of the house over the weekend and made about £50 selling some fabrics and unused bits through a local FB page, am looking to start redecorating the bedrooms so that'll be a start towards that.
Hope you're all warm and dry, hugs where needed or wanted
LJ
