Would you believe, apart from mopping the floor, today's list is complete! Paid stuff now.Spend less now, work less later.0

Morning all. Slightly earlier to bed last night (earlier than pigpen!!) but still feel a bit bleaurgh. Might try to have a sneaky nap back in bed with the baby this AM!
I'm planning some flying today - downstairs is looking SO MUCH better and so I want to whizz round and keep it that way. Living room and hallway are great for me as they fit with that plan, so may actually get some things crossed off the list!
Also thinking about Christmas gifts - wondering about making bulb bowls? They should have begun to come up by Christmas... what does everyone think?0 -
It was 1:30am before I got to bed.. and I was up at 6:45.. I do wonder why I bother going at all sometimes!
Cuppa and laundry now if anyone wants to join me?LB moment 10/06 Debt Free date 6/6/14Hope to be debt free until the day I dieMortgage-free Wannabee (05/08/30)6/6/14 £72,454.65 (5.65% int.)08/12/2023 £33602.00 (4.81% int.)0 -
Morning all
Slept poorly, due to being on the computer looking at FH too late so my own fault.
WM1 done and on the line
WM2 in progress
DW emptied
Mogs fed
Washing up done
Condensation wiped up
Packed lunch done for DS2
Off for a shower next then I want to do 15 minutes dusting before heading off to town. The birds of sadness may fly overhead but don't let them nest in your hair0 -
Morning all.
Breakfast had, money shuffled, email dealt with and phone on charge.I'm going to potter around while my phone charges then I need to be out of here. I have an appointment at 10.30, in theory I can leave at 10am, but I'm not risking the buses being delayed so going to leave earlier and just get off a couple stops early
I've messaged natty so I can add to my card collection. I have flylady cards from years ago that I put up each year to help fill my walls at ChristmasThey have their own special spot :rotfl:
Right, I best go write my list for where I want to go today. DD has decided she doesn't want to go to the Christmas decoration departments this year so I'm going to go and look on my own while I'm out window shopping:wave:
Creeping back in for accountability after falling off the wagon in 2016.Need to get back to old style in modern ways, watching the pennies and getting stuff done!0 -
Morning - especially for LW - think the rope ladder is working, thanks!
Just a quick thank you so very very much for even more virtual hugs. Think I am coming out of "it" gradually - have taken all your brilliant support and advice and have decided to wait until have reached my final target before pestering GP. By then I will have lost 5st. If necessary will just have to pay up!!
Dusty - email or pm me re genealogy if you wish - but there are more on here that also do research. My main tip is to cancel your free month as soon as you are able otherwise they can just take out a membership automatically when that runs out- that's how I got hooked!!
I have the other one than F M P and a world membership but regret not having saved my finds to my own computer so I too really need to start again and check the information I have! Big job and not until after Xmas. Need to find a good Family tree thing for PC so would welcome recommendations please.
Everyone seems to be doing well. Have read back but quickly and all in one eye and out the other. So hugs and sticks and spoons if needed.
Lovely sunny day here so out for a long walk with DH after weigh -in.
Catch up tomorrow.

Morniing Flyladies,
Ionafan, I took your advice and found some mushrooms from the depths of the fridge to go in the risotto, thankyou. I normally cut the chicken up supersmall - chicken dust  so I hardly need any at all to make every mouthfull taste all chickenyAnyway it all got eaten so what more can I hope for!
Had book club last night and I did a marvellous job at pretending to to have read the book.... but it was a bit of a late night and there was wine, so now I feel tired:rotfl:
DAY OFF today!! with kids at school/childminders! yippee GOing to crack on with the NNS stuff - nearly at the end now.
Having some violin practice battles with small people - BIG meltdown last night, so I'm going into the lesson this morning at school to try to get a bit more of an idea of how to help them. practice
Also, after my triumphant cat cleanliness challenge update, I grabbed small persons bag to take to the childminder this morning, only to discover that they had piddled in it :mad::mad::mad::eek: So that's another load of washing then - thankfully the carpet escaped.
JTTOU  it sounds so unfair. I hope the Breast care nurse has got back to you now, I second the idea of asking Macmillan for advice, even if its just to talk it through about how you are feeling http://www.macmillan.org.uk/HowWeCanHelp/TalkToUs/Talktous.aspx?gclid=CjwKEAiAj-KiBRC48YzhnLSg0D0SJAClOhK3j7zUcQAmhMt6yrycyE5yC71-FLQDUDdjGoPqpTpWrBoC7jbw_wcB
