Although adding Unlawful, or Illegitimate before the F word is far more acurate and far more emotive .

I prefer the prefix "fake". Short, emotive and alliterative!

The interview is now available via ITV player. Just go to Good Morning Britain and scroll down. They handily do each story as a separate video, rather than stream the whole programme.

Nice one, though would have helped to get "fake" or "illegitimate" into the conversation.

Michael Green is back in the media spotlight! In discussion with no less than Pants on Fire himself, Wednesday coming!
ChallengeTheFine has managed to upset the entire UK private parking Industry. We're getting good momentum.

They're very upset – and so next Wednesday morning on the Today Programme (BBC Radio 4), the Chief Executive of the British Parking Association (Ltd) will be having a debate with ChallengeTheFine, live, to the 7 million listeners on their way to work.

    Could be interesting! :)
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

    Aww bless.

Maybe Challenge the fine shold be pointing their guns at those that allow the private parking industry ( to operate their buisness model of parking charge notices ) on their land - that is the likes of ALDI, TESCO, Morisons, Sainsburys, ASDA, Lidl and any one else ( im sure the list would fill a few pages on here )

Maybe it just works for these companies?
Most have been using PPCs for years.

Does seem the parking companies "charge" similar amounts to local authorities for similar "offences". Where does "punitive" start?

I wasn't going to bother trying to debate your strange comments but this needs picking up.

    B&HCC ticket = £35 for swift payment
    G24 ticket = £60 for swift payment
    B&HCC ticket = £70 for non-swift payment
    G24 ticket = £100 for non-swift payment

How in God's name are they similar ?????
