If you answer the question you've been asked about what your nearest town is, people can help. Cheshire is a big place and is likely to have more than one court.0

Sorry , its Runcorn.Waddle you do eh?0

I was working in Somerset at the time but then 2 months later went to work in Germany for a year.
So i didnt get any notification of any court issue. Besides this, my partner was checking my mail and didnt get anything either , so wether it was actually sent is sothing i worry about.Waddle you do eh?0 -
Thanks for the help btw.Waddle you do eh?0

And to make this worse, i have just had a prospective contract terminated due to failing a credit check.
So now this is effecting my career too.Waddle you do eh?0 -

also try CCJ in the forum search box to look at advice given to others going through the process (research)
like these examples

its not as if this hasnt been asked and answered many, many times before on here (although this forum isnt a legal advice forum about debt collectors or CCJ`s, they have happened well past any of the usual scenarios this forum addresses, sometimes for other reasons too, not parking)
the fact the car was stationary on private land is what brought this on, yet people seem to think a stopped car with the engine running is not "parking" , ok well its trespassing then , because you have not received the landowners permission to park or STOP there , pedantic but true - sorry0 -
its all still after the fact and you want to try to go back to before it all happened
they did it, might not be ethical or fair but they do it thousands of times a year so you need to get over it, understand it and fight back if you can
this thread has been here for 4 to 5 months now with no signs of it moving forward , enough links have been provided for you to try to get it set aside like other posters have done , the advice is all in the previous posts and replies, plus in dozens of other threads
therefore, what do you want from us other than what has been provided for you ?
there is no easy answer and nobody is going to do this for you unless you pay a professional to sort it out, otherwise its DIY and little will change for the forseeable future until you get down to sorting it out
as forum members we will point the way if we can, but its all down to your actions if you want it sorting out
you are now running the risk of simply being told to read all the replies and links and to deal with it, or to be ignored due to no activity on your part , sorry again0 -
I was asked my town, which i have given, hence im waiting on advice for that. Ive looked into the other threads and im unsure on how to proceed. I had missed out on a mortgage and now im currently unemployed due this ccj effecting it.
Its a complete joke, I didnt receieve any letter at all about this otherwise id have bloody paid the thing !!!!!!.Waddle you do eh?0 -
The reason you where asked the town was that some towns have a history of being favorable , some not, to CCJ 's being overturned > Runcorn does not appear on such lists AFAIK......
