Where are these lists? This has literally ruined my bloody life now. All over a 100 odd quid CCJWaddle you do eh?0
-
It is not a actual list , but one that is formed by visiting lots of forums regarding such matters.
As Redx said we can only point you towards what others have done , and hopefully advice along the way should you decide to take action.......
Sadly there is no easy/quick way out of this.

But the ccj was issued by northampton county court?.Waddle you do eh?0
-
No. The claim was issued via Northampton clearing centre. If the case wasn't defended then a default judgment was given for the claimant.0

Search this forum for set aside. Someone quite recently successfully attained a set aside and then won the re-hearing.0

If you sadly have decided that you do not want to do this with the forums help , then I suggest either a visit to your local solicitor ( one who will do the first visit free) or check out your insurance policy to see if there is a free legal advice offered.
As it has been stated PE do not care, they do dozens of such CCJ each year.... they get away with it because people sadly let them
Forums such as this esteemed one try there best to change it , but no one here is a paid legal expert

This thread started in October of 2014.
As soon as you were aware of the CCJ you should have taken immediate action to do something about it, otherwise the longer its left the greater the problems you will encounter.
You have said thisAnd to make this worse, i have just had a prospective contract terminated due to failing a credit check.
So now this is effecting my career too.
Can anyone help. Should i write to parking eye?
Ive looked into this and i remember the alledged icident. I pulled into a range car park in bridgwater on a sunday night around 11pm. I was traveling down for work, my dad called me and i answered the phone so pulled in. Was on the phone for about 30 mins, mayve longer, didnt turn my engine off and didnt even get out of the car.
Next do a search for CCJ set aside, and read back through this topic plenty of advice - use it - unless you want to play the poor helpless victim.
heres what I would do in your situation:
> Take steps to get the CCJ set aside, and get it satisfied/paid off ( as/if required) you should have a good chance as you were out of the country when the documents were served- however the longer you leave it the more your chances of sorting this diminish.
> If the car park had no obvious signs such as no entry after such and such a time, and/or it wasn't gated then fire off a complaint to B&M I would also be looking at B&M to refund any loses that have occurred as a result of their negligence/actions in allowing a company such as parking eye onto their land - you said thisi have just had a prospective contract terminated due to failing a credit check.
So now this is effecting my career too.
This would be something you would have to explore if you want to go down that route.
irrespective of which its been Four months since you first reported this problem.
If you opt to pay it off the CCJ will still remain on your record but as satisfied if you want to wipe it you will need to go down the set aside route
The longer you leave it the worse it gets - four months have passed since the first post.
I would suggest you give yourself a target date to get something done by - such as this weekend ( three days from now ) dont delay unless you want it to cost you money.
Also if you do get off your backside, go to the press./media and make sure that you drop B&M in it as much as possible. From the Plain Language Commission:

And, to be honest, our main function is to advise on private parking charges - your case is now way beyond this.
We are not specialists in how to deal with CCJs - CCJs can come from any sphere where court cost judgments have not been paid, parking issues are but one of many.
So to keep asking questions here might not be the best use of your time input. Have you looked elsewhere on the wider MSE forum list to see if there is a more appropriate forum which specialises in dealing specifically with CCJs?Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

You need to read this:http://www.trustonline.org.uk/understand-judgments-fines/ccjs-and-county-courts/set-aside-a-judgment
and this

In the second link you can find the forms to apply for a set aside.0
