Good result. Did you come to some kind of agreement to pay it if PE agreed to to set aside?
No, i paid it anyway before hand. Parking eye responded to my case with a few pages of crap about how they dont see they should need to pay costs, its all my fault, etc , however they have no objection to it being set aside.
As for legal help. No solicitor i tried was interested. They said i would have to settle for a satisfied ccj.
Basically if its not a personal injury sca... claim, they are not interestedWaddle you do eh?0
