  • Further to my post earlier today ref unscanable barcodes making a refusal to accept more likely.

I managed to improve the quality of the Durex barcode and this time it scanned which prompted no further query from the till operator.

Saved £2 and feeling much happier following the refusal this morning.

Next job is to work on the other coupons ready for next weeks shop.

;D Most of these vouchers are also accepted at ASDA even if you dont buy the products. I even went round twice with two sets of tokens and saved 50% on my shopping

    Just found this topic --Thanks.
Are these vouchers specifically for Tesco & Asda or has anyone tried using them at Somerfield, Safeways, Co-op etc ?
Busily printing them off now ready for the trolley dash round Tesco (Chesterfield ) tomorow.
Will let you know how I get on. ;)

Had no problems with the cashier in my Tesco. Problem I did have was only one voucher would scan and when she typed in the number on the others they weren't accepted. Decided not to pursue since I hadn't bought any of the items. Anyone else had this problem? So frustrated.

Took my vouchers in. Specifically looked for a young lad and got in his queue - then noticed a sign saying this operator is training and may be a bit slow (or words to that effect) even better. I handed over my vouchers and as he tried to scan them, I told him he had to key in the numbers before he called someone over for help. Paid £43 instead of £49. Then as I checked through the receipt, I noticed he had accidently charged me twice for the frozen veg (he'd had a problem scanning them) pointed it out to customer services who refunded me for both so got the veg for free. As punishment for being so smug, bag broke and one of the buy one get one free Dolmio sauces smashed on the kitchen floor and spent a good time cleaning up bright red pasta sauce and broken glass. Oh well, you win some you lose some. Did consider a letter coming on the quality of their plastic bags(quality what quality?) but decided to just move on.

BUMMER  ;D . I am glad you are managing to use the vouchers, I use mine every so often, not every shop, and sometimes I am lucky and other times not. Still its worth looking like a penny pincher when you dave yourself £10.

Has anyone seen any vouchers I can add to my list? Please PM me if you have.

Please note the crisps voucher is out of date. Den is going to update the document for us.

Used several vouchers from the internet last week at Tesco Extra in Inverness and saved a few quid.
Vouchers were taken without and query or argument, obviously Tesco Head Office has informed them that they are to accept internet vouchers.
Any more sites for vouchers? :)
