Further to my post earlier today ref unscanable barcodes making a refusal to accept more likely.

I managed to improve the quality of the Durex barcode and this time it scanned which prompted no further query from the till operator.

Saved £2 and feeling much happier following the refusal this morning.

Next job is to work on the other coupons ready for next weeks shop.

Any chance you could make your modified version available, Captain?

The "Illegal operation" message is in no way related to the Law.
It means that your web browser or word processor (typically MS Internet Explorer and MS Word, respectively) has crashed.
It's poor quality software, not necessarily poor advice.

    For info, my experiences....

I went into my local Tesco (Bursledon, So'ton) store at the weekend and asked at Customer Services if they took internet vouchers. The guy checked with their cash office and said no - I did say that their head office had said it was ok but he said it was a cash office decision.

At the till I handed over some non-internet coupons and thought I'd try the internet ones (used the Finish ones from homesolutions) and she took them with no problems! £5 saved on a £30 shop.

Went into Asda (Chandler's Ford, So'ton) last night, gave over a bundle of vouchers at the till, she said they wouldn't take internet coupons. She did take a couple of the wishvalue ones ('because they have something printed on the back so can't be copied'), but refused a £1 one as she said if it was a pound or over then you actually had to buy the item.

Seems to me it is pot luck as to whether they get accepted or not - at least it makes shopping a little more fun!

Sorry guys they dont accept them at Tescos in weston-super-Mare. >:( They have cards at the tills saying they do not accept Internet Vouchers and the vouchers will not scan in. ???

It was a nice thought though. Thanks anyway

Took the vouchers into Tesco at Church Langley, Harloe today and they accepted them all except one. Unfortunately the bar codes wouldn't scan so the cashier entered them all manually. This may be a problem at busy times.

    A good tip. Thank you.

Where do you find £10 of Tesco vouchers??? Have dowladed link but only £6.40 worth of coupons came across?! A total of 9 coupons came - are there meant to be more???? :-/

Can someone please let me know. Thanks

You're right, there are only nine couchers.

Have tried now three times to download or open these Tesco coupons .... but everytime I have only ONE voucher appears for Surfcare?! :'( I cannot ever get to see or print the £10.00 of vouchers this thread says are available ... and yes I have tired it both with Norton Anti-Virus on or off. :-/

Am perplexed at how to view and print the vouchers as am a very regular shopper at Tesco. ??? ???

    Any ideas???????

The vouchers download into 'Word'. Give them time to download before you attempt to print them.

Hiya. Den has updated the document. So the out of date one has gone and a new one is in its place. :)

This isn't a nag ;) - But since this has started I have only had one extra voucher added with the help of someone else. I am sure with the amount of people reading this thread we could find zillions more.

Any help would be great. I think I get about 20 emails a week asking for the document to be emailed to them as they cannot access it and it takes a while to upload and send. So any kindly being who could help me look for vouchers would be lovely. ;D

    Thanks xxx
