Oh nooo. I don't know whats going on. Den is the technical person behind this, he is very busy but am sure he wil sort it soon.
I just cut and paste them onto word, then Den sorts out the update.

email me if you want a copy. alisonross007@hotmail.com

now last time I did this it took over an hour to email everyone so please be patient. won't be checking my emails until monday! :)

Please don't PM me with your email as I have to cut the address and then log into hotmail and paste each person who has pmed me and it takes an age, an email would be best.

gosh I am such a nag  ;) sorry. just makes my life easier.

Bye xxxxx Hope you all have a nice weekend.

I assume you need to use a Tescos clubcard to qualify for these vouchers?

OK money savers, I have been on to Tesco online about the non acceptance of ecoupons and this is what they say..... :-[
    "Thank you for your email.

I am sorry that you have had a problem using internet vouchers in store and I apologise for any inconvenience caused.

In order to try and explain I would need to understand if the coupons you were trying to use were eCoupons that you received from Tesco or if they were coupons that you printed from the Internet. These are generally
promotions given by the product manufacturer.

I can confirm that our stores do not accept eCoupons and these may be referred to as internet coupons. These eCoupons and eVouchers can only be
used for online orders. Each eCoupon carries its own terms and conditions advising the criteria for using it.

eCoupons and eVouchers would be received by yourself from Tesco Clubcard and from Tesco.com if you have opted in for eVouchers.

However, our stores should accept one promotional internet coupon (that you have printed from the internet) per item if you purchase that item.

I am sorry, we cannot accept more than one of theses per item and we also cannot accept them if the specific item is not purchased

I do hope this helps clarify the difference between the 2 offers. However, if you need further information, please do not hesitate to contact me again

    Regards

So there it is fellow money savers. If they take them and you are not buying the product then its your lucky day

    Cheers

    Jim

Having used vouchers at one local store, tried yesterday at city centre store and they were rejected. At my request, supervisor rang Head Office and was told would only accept "e " numbered vouchers (whatever they are) and none qualified in that respect. Told her that other store accepted without difficulty, but no joy. Have now written to Head Office complaining and asking for refund of relevant amount. If refused, will suggest to them that this is no more than a cheap and underhand method of getting people into Tesco stores to boost their profits.

The URL link seems to take you to a Internet service provider, there are no Word Docs available. Could this be a wrong address???

I printed off some of the vouchers last week and took them in - most were accepted...however we received a MumsPlusOne book a few days afterwards and the vouchers are all in this book......the vouchers in the "document" have basically been scanned from voucher booklet......

Therefore my question is that although you have obtained these vouchers from the internet - they are not issued by the Manufacturer and are they technically void, as they have been photocopied??? I think with one exception - the colgate one.....
