I think that's the key difference. It's too long for a dog's legs and bladder to wait over long winter nights. Ours is quite shy. She likes to run into the bushes for a wee. I think she thinks she is human.

Doozerdog also. He won't poo on the lead. He'll also stop mid-squat if he thinks you're watching him. :rotfl:

When Microsoft spent all their effort trying to screw their competitors they were the evil empire, somehow when Apple do the same they remain cute and cuddly to their fans....

Ours have lost last set of tags again. Ours do not have all the legally required info because I'm prepared to break the law on that and have a strong defence reason why. They are both Id chipped and the tags do have a mobile number on them.

F you find a dog you can : call the non emergency police number or take it to a vet or rescue centre who might scan it free of charge to trace its owner.

Dog dog prefers not to go away from home. It cannot be healthy. One knows she is desperate if she is forced to. Kiwi on the other hand likes to go everywhere. And he is a prolific marker... Its amazing how one small dog believes he owns so much, Walking around with him is like walking around with a spoilt toddler saying ' mine, mine, mine, that's mine too, mine, mine.......'

Dog dog squats and pretends to wee if she thinks it will get her back in the house quicker when its cold and raining. :rotfl: I don't get it, it must just be easier to go.......

Nikks, I would set out expectations and timescales from the outset.

Yes, I am planning to. For the first time ever I'll be laying down some house rules. Timescales shouldn't be an issue.

Get them agreed and write them down and both sign. It's much easier to have clear expectations from the start.

What time do you expect your coffee brought to you in the morning, Nikki?
No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?

TBH I'd be looking for a bacon and egg roll too.

FiL I suspect is rather sick. He's been told to stop taking 2 drugs and to go to the Doc tomorrow. Thursday isn't good enough. I'm rather concerned.
