When Microsoft spent all their effort trying to screw their competitors they were the evil empire, somehow when Apple do the same they remain cute and cuddly to their fans....
I love apple and loathe microsoft, as everybody here is tired of hearing.. However, the one gripe I have with them is that when they upgrade a system they sing its praises and then let you find out its turned off a ton of previous software. Then you're paying to buy new upgrades, if they're available.
I was given a new ipod that my ancient apple mac won't connect to but thanks to the software that SC linked to, I might be able to use it now. :j

I'm not generally keen on period drama, but this one has a certain appeal. Nice scenery0 -

Gained a bonus dog tonight. A black terrier not unlike our own but female. Somebody on the street was stopping her from running onto the road, had no idea whose she was. We took our dog off his lead and put it on her. I carried ours while we looked for her owner. We just let her lead while we followed. Eventually bumped into him a long way out of our way.
Kept on worrying who do you contact about a missing dog on a Sunday night? There is no honour to be had in not knowing a thing that can be known - Danny Baker0 -

No collar? No name tag? I think you did well to let the dog find his own way home.No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?0 -

Had a collar but no ID details on it. Couldn't ignore it as we'd worry if ours ran off. Can't understand why anybody would take a dog off the lead in a park in the evening.:(There is no honour to be had in not knowing a thing that can be known - Danny Baker0 -

I think that's the key difference. It's too long for a dog's legs and bladder to wait over long winter nights. Ours is quite shy. She likes to run into the bushes for a wee. I think she thinks she is human. Please stay safe in the sun and learn the A-E of melanoma: A = asymmetry, B = irregular borders, C= different colours, D= diameter, larger than 6mm, E = evolving, is your mole changing? Most moles are not cancerous, any doubts, please check next time you visit your GP.
