I forgot about that.....A Gen Visit Party too.0 -
London is in fact very doable...we have a direct train from Ipswich to London Liverpool street and/or Stratford and can jump (ok wheel) onto the tube from there. We made it! All three boys have graduated, it's been hard work but it shows there is a possibility of a chance of normal (ish) life after a diagnosis (or two) of ASD. It's not been the easiest route but I am so glad I ignored everything and everyone and did my own therapies with them.
Eldests' EDS diagnosis 4.5.10, mine 13.1.11 eekk - now having fun and games as a wheelchair user.0 -
FC, its not the doctor its the pharmacist.
Aiui its a wholesaler and manufacturer problem, the wholesaler cannot get enough from the manufacturer to go round.
These pills are the pills I started taking when I first 'lost vision', And to me are pretty important. I take slow release versions in a capsule. They cannot get capsules, or slow release only something similar that's a tablet ( to which I'm intolerant). I'm practically struggling with the timing of so many pills a day, and also they are not as effective. I wouldn't feel I could say, drive to London and back on the same day ATM.
For and I were just chatting about it actually ( after I miss heard have you writhing as nick Ferrari...my ears are struggling on these pills too) and I haven't broken into the new package yet so I will spend sometime tomorrow seeing if anywhere else has them.
The allergy issue isn't too mush of a problem, its mild, but it does exacerbate Primary problem swelling, and so my head just feels very 'full' ATM with stuff in it. My eyes are puffy because of the extreme tiredness but also because they feel swollen too, and my neck and top of spine feel sore and full. None of this is intolerable, just a bit....uncomfortable. Because other areas of back have improved this swelling sits heavily, but that's a bit like complaining you are only two thirds of a way up a hill and have a third of the way left to go! Just be grateful you've done most of it, huh?
If there really is a shortage I might well try and procure privately longer term.
Funnily this is one of the ones I said I wanted off earlier this year, rofl.0 -

No can do this evening. I'm on work time.
Back to reality again tomorrow. And a broken wall apparently0 -
Oh noes. How did the wall get broken? House wall or boundary wall? Please stay safe in the sun and learn the A-E of melanoma: A = asymmetry, B = irregular borders, C= different colours, D= diameter, larger than 6mm, E = evolving, is your mole changing? Most moles are not cancerous, any doubts, please check next time you visit your GP.

Ah I understand now........no chance of a London Pharmacy having them if you could get another prescription?
um....? ''after I miss heard have you writhing as nick Ferrari..'' the bloke that does the LBC morning show? He's not very writhe-able in the flesh.

I sooo want to start a rumour that you have dressed him. And that you discovered that he wears nipple tassels. Please stay safe in the sun and learn the A-E of melanoma: A = asymmetry, B = irregular borders, C= different colours, D= diameter, larger than 6mm, E = evolving, is your mole changing? The latter.
No idea. Happened overnight. Maybe someone sat on it/ pushed it whilst waiting for the bus, or maybe it was do to with the rain.
The pics are pretty impressive/ depressing depending on perspective. I sincerely doubt it'll get sorted any time soon.
And I was supposed to get my new front door next week, but it's out of stock. Rather than getting a different one I've decided to wait the few weeks longer.0 -

I had to read that bit of lir's post a couple of times. Was about to ask what it was meant to say, then realised it might well have meant to say 'have you writhing'

..I may be a AWOL over the weekend but if any further chat crops up over a Meet -up to coincide with Gens visit and @ mine is OK, I'll get an email thingy going next week.
Basically, we live in London Suburbia and have a choice of stations. We are a mile from Eltham + Woolwich (overground + DLR) and N Greenwich and Woolwich have a bus going from them that stops 2 mins away on the hill.
It could be an opportunity to visit the highest point in London (not that I am vainly trying to sell the location in any way)
