I had a HUGE supper tonight; steak, a potato and spinach.

I have been recovering for a couple of hours.

Although I'm still full I have a weird craving for a palmier. Now, that blows the idea that you crave something your body needs out of the water. I don't think any one NEEDs anything in palmiers!

mmm....palmiers... I love them. Glad you had a big supper :D

as for Spirit's news all I can say is :j:j:j

nikkster Glad you had such a lovely holiday with your family :)

    Yes, I'd love that.

Did you know french fries were actually invented in Belgium?

No. All I know is that I love it and always crave for it. Lol. Well, thanks for this info. Gonna remember this as long as I'm not hungry ;)

    Yes you can. Welcome back.

Gotta be honest, I thought you were one of those spammers with their cheap kitchens. Shocking piece of cynicism on my part for which I apologise.

Nah. Don't worry. If I were you, I would suspect too. :D

Are dentists doctors now (genuine question, as I've not used one in the UK for around 5 years purely because it's cheaper to use Georgian dentists, especially as we're back several times a year anyway)

I was dreading spending this week at home, but had amazing time with my DD's and spent about £40 since Monday (!). Treating them to lunch shortly as I owe the cafe about £1 anyway and don't like owing anything, just waiting for OH to get home now before we go.

Walking, not driving too, is good for you :)

    Hope everyone is ok

All's well in Aus thanks. Very well actually.

Gorgeous day. 31C and sunny. I went for a stroll in the Botanic Gardens which is always fun.

    Meh, floss.

I like interdental brushes. I just wish they were cheaper. I find it really satisfying brushing between my teeth, and selecting the right size brush for the job.

Yes, we used Lithuanian dentists a couple of times. Cheap as french fries :) and decent quality. Something like a tenner for a deep clean.
But I got a decent private dental plan at work here, so we're having most treatment done in the UK.
And dentists can call themselves doctors I see...
