Far better to lob it out of the car window - it gives people in the countryside something to do because it's so boring in the countryside :)

I was waiting in the car on Sunday and as DW opened the door to get in, a plastic bag in the car (for muddy football boots) blew out of the door and I insisted she chased it down the road and threw it away. As she reached back with the bag and got back in the car the second bag (for the other foot) blew out.....
    I think....

I don't really care where people sh"t in their own homes, But in public I think littering is horrid. Hmm. Thinks about our some what messy garden ATM and wonders when I'll get to clearing those verges and hedges of other people's mess:o

Maybe fir and I kiss a lot but we kiss for putting stuff in the bins, taking bins a out, cups of tea, glasses of water, running baths, putting washes on......basically moving. Or, when we are sitting still.

What they did was: get married, have babies, lose some, die in childbirth and marry somebody else and have more kids... and loads in the family tree will have had 1-2 marriages and assorted children through this process. Women married somebody else as they needed supporting - else they went to the workhouse; men married somebody else as they had kids and needed somebody to look after the ones they already had.

It's always been like that. The mid 20th century was very unusual in having so few blended families.

Tyre performance in the wet deteriorates rapidly below about 3mm tread - change yours when they get dangerous, not just when they are nearly illegal (1.6mm).
Oh, and wear your seatbelt. My kids are only alive because they were wearing theirs when somebody else was driving in wet weather with worn tyres.

Sigh... I'd just be happy if there was someone to notice me doing any of those things!

I cannot understand people who litter. I keep rubbish in my bag or pocket until I get to a bin - it's really not that difficult. Despite there being a bin directly outside my house (nice feature, I think), people's litter still ends up in my garden.

I think it was South Korea where you can get thousands of followers to watch a live stream of you eating....whereas in Thailand the live streams tend to be of other activities....

Poor DS managed to fall over at school today when running and has seriously impaired his beauty with a lot of stripped skin on his face, a large bump on his head and possibly a broken finger. :(

Poor little chap. I hope he heals up quickly and without incident.

Top tip: You're supposed to give people the bird, then run - not run while giving them the bird else you break your finger if you trip up :)
