Evening all....
Have spent most of the last month in airports and hotels for work purposes. The work bit is fun but the travel is truly eye-glazingly, hand-bitingly, dull.
Did I miss anything?

But have recorded something off the TV that I am NOT going to let myself watch until the marking is finished, which might help to motivate me. Currently at 122/240=50.83% Do you know anyone who's bereaved? Point them to https://www.AtaLoss.org which does for bereavement support what MSE does for financial services, providing links to support organisations relevant to the circumstances of the loss & the local area. (Link permitted by forum team)
Tyre performance in the wet deteriorates rapidly below about 3mm tread - change yours when they get dangerous, not just when they are nearly illegal (1.6mm).
Oh, and wear your seatbelt. My kids are only alive because they were wearing theirs when somebody else was driving in wet weather with worn tyres.0 -

Got the wires out of my arm today- very weird feeling, just odd rather than painful. It was in a hospital near where I used to live. Bumped into an old friend in the X-ray queue, who I hadn't seen for over 10 years (we'd moved out of the area but it's a good hospital so I still want to go there).There is no honour to be had in not knowing a thing that can be known - Danny Baker0
