Misophonia - I had to look it up. It must be a real PITA. I take your point that there are more important things to worry about.

There are people who really pander to there misophonia, I don't. Its not other people's fault.

Fwiw, don't worry. :). I find group eating situations fine.

I don't often choose to eat with a couple of particular people one on one with no back ground music if possible.
My guess is that I've always been wired a bit wrong neurologically, I also had hearing tests after the perforated eardrum and had freakish hearing. ( When I was a child my parents used to find their metre swaddled in pillows). Its why when I lose a bit of hearing I'm less stressed I think that the other senses :o:D.

I made Thai green chicken curry tonight and went a bit* OTT with the chilli. OMFG. It hurts! It hurts!

    Arrrrrr, ice cream for pudding.

*Bit OTT? Waaay OTT. It's the first time I can think of that I had too much chilli.

Fascinating, I never knew that existed.

Apparently the sense loss associated with the highest rate of suicide afterwards is anosmia*.

    Yeah, Slate. Interesting nonetheless.
Thanks for that link. There's an interesting graphic for us dog pwners in the Slate.

I've got to walk our dog but the frost outside isn't too welcoming.

Well, that was nippy overnight - so the white lawn tells me and the live local weather site .... warm and toasty in here though. It went down to -3 apparently!

Had to go round and wipe the bottom of all the windows, which only happens when it's super-cold overnight.

    :j

    Have a fab time :D

I'm looking forward to hearing how they actually fit all the elements of the 2 shows together; I guess that a lot of the Sunday show is done out of sequence in order to allow for scene and costume changes.

Had a lovely time at the pub last night with people from the allotments. Should get out of bed but it's cold and I'm comfy!

Having just walked our dog (halfway between hotdog and overlooked treasure) I can confirm that the ground is frosty and hard - but not icy or slippy.:)
