Hi. If you’re still having problems with your delivery feel free to send me your details to the email address on our profile page. I’ll see what I can find out for you. Chloe.

I am afraid it was just a sarcastic comment about your company, rather than a specific complaint. Sadly, even after you have turned a corner, it takes a long time to lose the bad reputation. Good luck, though.

Hi......could you also stop deliveries going to my neighbours house? They live on an entirely different road to me ( despite having a very similar house name). I'm fed up of getting their stuff too, but when they get my stuff it doesn't always get here in a timely fashion.

Last week you left a sign for package with them and said it was signed for by the woman there......she was out ALL day. I have no idea if some one signed her name for it or if your delivery driver remembered her name ( we get a lot of deliveries out here, both houses) and there was other post with her name where mine was left waiting when I went and collected it from her lean to, so the driver could just have signed that name and left it there.

When they turn the corner they leave the post at the neighbours house. Or when they fail to turn the corner they don't make it to mine....not sure which way round it is. ;)

We always choose paid for delivery over free Yodel if there is the option. :(

Last night OH had norovirus. whilst vomiting he passed out and ell in the bathroom. twice. We could not get him up so we called an ambulance. he spent two hours on the floor before being taken to hospital.Despite it being the middle of the night our lovely neighbours came round and looked after OH making him comfortable as I could not look after him and he had hurt his knee.

he is home on crutches now as he has damaged a medial (knee) ligament.so we are both now incapacitated.DD is a way for a further 3 weeks.
other neighbours have walked the dog, shopped, put the bin out, fed the bunnies and offered to do the ironing.
I am having the fish pie another neighbour made yesterday . I feel very fortunate in having such genuine and kind neighbours.

Poor, poor both of you! I hope your OH starts to feel a lot better, very soon. The fact that your neighbours are so willing to help says a lot about them, but it also says a lot about you, ie how kind and attentive you have no doubt been to their needs over the years.

Oh dear... it's not your year is it! If I lived closer I'd offer to come and OAP-sit daily.
    :)
Although, actually, I don't know how many miles/minutes drive away you are. Could be an hour or two... I've no idea.

If you do need anything though, just give me a shout. 3am or 3pm, if I'm online and you need anything, just shout.

Ouch......medial ligaments hurt. From personal experience may I recommend that when it feels Better he doesn't rush into using it all gung-ho immediately?

I'm busy tomorrow, but I could drive down with some freezer meals on thurs or Friday if it would help spirit?

Do you have a supermarket that covers your area for delivery? Good time to get things delivered too....

Milk and more is good for that. No minimum order, no delivery charges - although each individual item does cost more. Good for bread/milk being delivered 2x a week.

Having a supermarket delivery's good, until 2-3 days later when your cupboards are still full and all you need is a pint of milk.

Of course, milk and more, like everything, isn't everywhere, but worth checking just to see.

Just looking at old photos. Remembering some nice people think of our study as this still. Tbf, still is, but books and paper works piled up, not bricks.

If you're anywhere at all driveable from Surrey then I would be happy to come and do shopping/help/whatever. Please ask!!
