    Every best wish, Gen.

Arrange dates without me. I have no idea what's going on at the moment. If I can be there I most definitely will be though - wherever there is :)

well done to Josh. sorry to read about the pain. what do you take?

Gabapentin...I think that is how it is spelt anyway!

Edit - It didn't reduce the pain at all, just made me feel woozy and wanting to go to sleep.
We made it! All three boys have graduated, it's been hard work but it shows there is a possibility of a chance of normal (ish) life after a diagnosis (or two) of ASD. It's not been the easiest route but I am so glad I ignored everything and everyone and did my own therapies with them.
Eldests' EDS diagnosis 4.5.10, mine 13.1.11 eekk - now having fun and games as a wheelchair user.

    Good luck for tomorrow Gen.
Please stay safe in the sun and learn the A-E of melanoma: A = asymmetry, B = irregular borders, C= different colours, D= diameter, larger than 6mm, E = evolving, is your mole changing? Most moles are not cancerous, any doubts, please check next time you visit your GP.

I'll post up the days I'm free, maybe tonight. I'm a bit distracted with docs tomorrow.

Thinking of you Generali, sending the Vibes. I know not much help, but from my own experience years ago (DLA tribunal) just knowing your virtual friends are thinking of you and rooting for you helps.

As always my best wishes and good hopes from Liverpool.

From what I recall from reading about this drug's use for Fibromyalgia and ME/CFS from years ago you need to start with low dose then ramp it up gradually to high dose. It's a long term pain treatment, not something like you'd take like aspirin for a headache short term. But I'm not a doctor, and I can't give any advice. (think alternative name for it might be Neurontin?)

I'm sorry you're in pain. Hope you feel better soon. Gentle cyber hugs. :)

I'm also on other drugs to deal with things that act as a slow release.....unfortunately, I can't take the gabapentin during the day because I have to drive, I can only take it when I will not be driving during the next 10 hours or so.

I frustrate my doctor as my pain levels are higher than the medication I take but I refuse to take anything which impacts on my ability to drive and I have to drive as I am still a carer first rather than someone who is mobility impaired (my new word to avoid the word disabled :D)

Just went outside and could see what looks like a planet lowish in the East, so tried to look it up and I think it's Jupiter.

Street lights went out at about 11:55, pitch black out there!

The sky view programme agrees with you, Jupiter. Not that i can see it.
No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?
