    Oh yes she did!

Can you tell I'm in proofreading mode?

You are right - was there an edit or did my old eyes miss the bold originally.

Huge bonus Lydia......all achieved and then relax time too!

I have different candles. Nice scented ones which are in sticks less often used but that I hope smell good and they look nice....a sort of deep cream, or honey comb, and then any odds and sods that are bought cheap
Y for rapid burning. ATM the cheap lot include old sets of broken gold ones and some plain cream ones. So, e.g. I have nice scented ones on cheese room mantel piece, which rarely get lit ATM, then cream on table and alter, which get lit very often.

Pop to Lidl? They should be able to help with the sweeties.

After all the talk of gin and beer yesterday, I resisted.

I've just opened a bottle of red wine. Oh boy, does it taste good. Hopefully it'll help the typing too :/

I've become tired of their cheap offerings. I find no joy in cut price chocolates/sweets, they seem to disagree with me now. I did have some jelly babies and chocolate covered raisins from there yesterday. I need "nice chocolate" really, like a bag of misshapes, or some cut price Cadbury's chocs.

    Glad I don't have a drink problem too :)

Well, it's there in the quote in your post, so if it was an edit it was before that!

    Hic.

They often have branded chocs too. Last time I was in the one here they had Ritter Sport, which is fairly well known and very nice (I can vouch for it).

IIRC you are the same generation as me although a little younger.

Couple of years difference I think if that.
I went from 'I don't really enjoy this', to 'before turning the gun on himself' in very short order.

    Yep...

Hence why packing away some assets and pensions now. Doing your own thing is a lot easier with a property or two owned outright.

Fir and I finally got a present right for niece and her parents. Moomin books and a toy. I might send a tomten book at Christmas.

Fir is concerned they sometimes call him uncle or tio instead of zio but I told him to get over himself. These things come out in the wash. Its important that he's uncle/ zio/ tio not which language its in but most important the creature knows that he is there for her if she needs him/ us what ever the relationship.
