Cracked open a bottle of red, now perusing car sites online.

When you get to the 3rd bottle, don't forget to think about mugs.

Funnily enough that's exactly when most internet shopping gets done here. :rotfl:

    Hic.

They often have branded chocs too. Last time I was in the one here they had Ritter Sport, which is fairly well known and very nice (I can vouch for it).

Oh, I didn't know Ritter Sport was a brand. I only know common English names, e.g. Cadbury, Rowntrees, Nestle.
  • Oh, I didn't know Ritter Sport was a brand. .

Ritter sport is a decent mass market choccy in Europe, in every shop over there just as cadbury or kitkat would be here.

I quite like them, some interesting flavours.

I have different candles. Nice scented ones which are in sticks less often used but that I hope smell good and they look nice....a sort of deep cream, or honey comb, and then any odds and sods that are bought cheap
Y for rapid burning. ATM the cheap lot include old sets of broken gold ones and some plain cream ones. So, e.g. I have nice scented ones on cheese room mantel piece, which rarely get lit ATM, then cream on table and alter, which get lit very often.[/QUOTE]

He's just got a bit of a nasty cold. I wasn't laughing about that. I was laughing about the colossal effort we put into getting the place tidy before his non-arrival.

That might be all you've done, but I think the impact of it is greater than the sum of its parts?

Well done to you and your DKs. I also like your list of what you want to get - I'm sensing a change in you... :)

Thank you. A change would be nice. Don't hold your breath, though. I'm pretty good at making plans about my house. Following through on them is a different matter, though.

    Hey up all!
Sorry not been around much. Mega amount of stuff on at the mo, hence the inactivity. Hoping things will settle over the next month, but had some negative news this morning which ain't going to help things.

    Oh no. Sending hugs. :grouphug:

Tyre performance in the wet deteriorates rapidly below about 3mm tread - change yours when they get dangerous, not just when they are nearly illegal (1.6mm).
Oh, and wear your seatbelt. My kids are only alive because they were wearing theirs when somebody else was driving in wet weather with worn tyres.

What kind of diffusers do you have? I like the idea of a differs ers we smelled that day in Neal's yard apocathery( we have normal tea light oil burners al ready).

I think we're just about to look under our structural Lino in the 'old' bathroom upstairs and I imagine that is going to smell frightful.

Edit. I have tried apocathery, apocathary, and apocathory. I just decided to go with one of them in the end. No idea.
