Think you'll agree my stone bathroom finds just keep astounding.

Sorry lir, that looks like it should be in the bathroom adjoining Kim Jong Un's cheese room, not yours.

That's just vile isn't it .... it looks like something that came out of a squat and needs scraping before it's sanitized and steam cleaned :)

It is, its horrific. And yet its so bad I kinda love it.

I have finally given up trying to find a giant oyster shell in decent condition in the uk. I'm a little sad. I've been looking for just over two years. I've decided that's long enough so I'm moving on.

Now I want to find the perfect shape oval vessel sink to mosaic over instead......

Want to do find it this week I think.

*Peeps shyly round the corner* Hello, please may I join you?

I've been lurking on here since about NP thread number 9, but been a bit shy of joining in because most of you seem to know each other pretty well, even if not always in RL.

Then I thought, if Maggie can do it, I can do it :)

I've come across lir, PN and NDG on other boards. I'm usually to be found on the OS board though.

I live in Outer Herts, or is it Greater Herts? No Jewish or scientific connections as far as I know. Oh, and I like mushrooms.

I'm 61 next week, married with 3 children, 2 daughters and 1 son,the youngest of whom (son) still lives at home.

Just want to start by saying

    Generali I'm so pleased you're better :T

and spirit, , you have done so well! I do hope you can arrange the physio you need.

People butt in all the time - so don't expect to be able to follow a train of thought through...
    Welcome!

Oh, and wear your seatbelt. My kids are only alive because they were wearing theirs when somebody else was driving in wet weather with worn tyres.
