BLIMEY.... you sure its not a prison going up there

by the look/comparison of what it did look like they certainly have a "plan" for use of that space....

lets hope the council DO step in and do something although from experience it is actually a ploy by putting something up and then waiting ... and then putting in for retrospective PP.. 50/50 then rather than a NO at the start. depends how pithed off the council are.. you do need to let the council know [if you haven't] that they are forcing you out at a loss ;)

Nice fence CTC. If it were me, I'd be taking some more pictures and emailing them to the local rag and maybe other councillors, newly elected MP etc to show just how environmentally sensitive and considerate your new neighbour is.

Bet you they'll have to change it and do some landscaping

Yes, they'll probably make up false claims in an attempt to justify its existence, but the police, whose time is being wasted, will soon suss them out. ;)

    I've been Money Tipped!
What a pity defamation claims are so expensive. The police do not like false allegations though.

well. put GG and Stan in the back of the car and took them down to the lake... it resembled 2 kids first day at school..:rotfl:
two bickering brothers suddenly becoming very clicky...
they didn't want to go in the gate ! then when in the paddock, saw the lake and ran away from it !! I slowly coaxed them towards the waters edge and they took the plunge..
well it was like watching two pedalo's zooming round :D

the other 12 geese didn't take any notice [they were grazing grass] until they went to go on the water too... my two went into overdrive BARRING them !!... they finally let them on and guess who's the bosses !:o
so this "worried" mum was forgotten at the "school gates"....:rotfl:

Our garage conversion took a large leap forward today, as we laid the screed over the insulation in one fell swoop. That's 9cm of insulation and varying amounts of screed, because the original floor wasn't entirely level, so up to 18cm depth overall in places!

In practical terms, that means I've mixed two and a bit dumpy bags of sand and 14 bags of cement, while our builder has laid the lot as fast as I could mix.

Not bad for a couple of old fogeys with a combined age of 130...:p:p

In other news, against our better judgment, we have obtained some stronger meds from the vet for Tinky, who has had a good day in the garden. I came upon her just before lunch, lying in the old pig sty area flat on the slabs, which made me jump to all the wrong conclusions. But she wasn't dead, just sunbathing! :rotfl:

Yep the enforcement planning officers are now pithd off now, as this the second thing has done/ doing without planning. They have been told to stop doing anymore. And put in for planning.. Which hopefully the council will be VERY strict in what they are prepared to pass... When/if this is passed then the land by the side of the house will be a self contained yard for a better discription. They know exactly what they want to do with the factory/land, and they are playing games, and also been trying to make me out to be the interfering bad neighbour, and now also lying to the police to get crime numbers..

So when the council etc turn up, they go quiet and lock the gates when they are working in there. Or don't go there for a few days.. As now there is going to be council visits very soon, so that's why they shut up shop early today..

Anyway back to some proper news lol... Piggles which are flipping buggggers lol.. Will be coming out of the ' creche' shed tomorrow and going into the big wide world piggy run.. So fingers crossed I can get it on video for you to see them being freed lol

They can not do anything now re- fencing until they put in for planning otherwise they will get served an enforcement notice..

What is really piddling me off, is that they are now lying to the police etc, they have now started forming a pattern, and tallies to when they get a visit from the council etc..

In one way I now feel like a weight has been removed, as now the council are now taking a more hands on interest...
