Ironically, we can see the sun really well here, but there's not much to see.
I'd forgotten the weird half-light that happens, though. Quite spooky with the mist here this morning.:eek:0 -
i thought it would have gone darker it just looked as though it was going to piddle down any minute lol..

Lucky here, sunny at 9.15 with cloud coming in.
Light broken cloud made it really easy to see what was happening, just enough meaning we could look at the sun and see the moon crossing without obscuring the whole thing.
Dusk at 9.30 and ten minutes later cloud obscured the sun completely.
Love your picture Dave and lovely looking Suffolk as well.
choille, glad that kitchen is coming on at last. When does the Rayburn get fitted? If you've have not made a mistake, you've made nothing0 -

Should've cloned-out the arm of the whirligig washing line, but didn't have time!

Goodness we have a plumber today!
Hole needs cutting in the sheeting - very precise job & it has to be right & that will happen soon. Goodness - amazing eclipse - all the birds went quiet! Remember that from the last time.
Bad omen you know! The Tories might get in again! But not here. We have more Polar Bears than Tories in Scotlandshire.0 -
The Eclipse was eerie, the animals went quiet here too!
It's been another mad morning, what did I say about famous last words? I didn't look in on these goats first thing, just the poorly boy, but when I went back out I found this had happened!
Don't know how I missed it, the goats were all quiet both times I went out, not like the racket Lily made the other day. These girls are obviously made of stronger stuff!
And it's another beautiful day! Now the animals are done I think I'll be concentrating on the front garden today. last year's tulips are pushing through quickly now, don't think my narcissus are as good, they're late and looks like they're coming up blind. I'll feed them this year, and enjoy the ones I bought the other day!0
