Only thing I didn't get done on my list was my flashcards I really need to find time to sit down and do them

Just jumped on the wii fat, it turns out I currently weigh 13st 6lb :eek:
I've been really naughty for a while and it's slowly caught up with me
New plan of action, lose a stone before we move house.
It should achievable, works out at about 1lb a week
