could someone pm the details please? as i too have had the bog standard email but no pitcher has arrived :mad: im going to ring them and see if i can gfet anywhere on that front.

Hi ******,

Thank you for your email regarding the delivery of you Grand Esprit Pitcher. All pitchers have now been dispatched on a 4-7 day delivery which means they will arrive between today and Monday. Please do let me know if you have not received your by then and I will chase once more for you.

Got my pitcher a few minutes ago, wrapped in yards of bubblewrap in a strong box. :j :j The funniest thing is that they sent it by special delivery before 1pm, & it cost them £7.65 to do it. Something tells me RPM are going to be making a major loss on this deal - I can't believe the GM contract payment will have included anything other than standard postal costs. Oh well, poor performance always costs in the end.

Just sent Hugh Robertson a lovely e-mail with a copy of the last e-mail I received from Jemma Daltrey attached, stating on the 10th Sept that my pitcher would be with me in 10 days.

18 days later and still no pitcher :mad:

Are these people too stupid to realise what a public relations £$%^ up they are making? I am confident that rivals of RPM must be rubbing their hands with glee after seeing the professional and competant way they`ve coped with this :rolleyes:

In eternal hope that one day I shall be supping from my pitcher................:beer:

talk about inconsistent!!.....Im tempted to call her and say that I know some people on this site have received one after complaining so how comes i havent!.

Just received an update from Jemma Daltrey who is putting my lack of pitcher down to packaging problems and reassures me that it will without fail be with me by Monday.

Personally, I blame the poor carrier pigeons that they`ve been sending the pitchers out on .........:D
