Has anybody heard anything from them about the new seperate offer solely for those of us who missed out?

That would be the one that they would mail details of by yesterday!

I certainly haven't - looks like it was just a con to try and get people off their backs.

Just had mine this morning,:mad::mad:ABOUT A THOUSAND BROKEN PIECES:mad::mad::mad:

It was in a posting box, with no bubble wrap or nothing. So it been bouncing around the sorting office all weekend getting smashed up. $%^^&%£

To TGM, tricia, and others with the smashed ones. If these were sent "Special Delivery" as others have reported, you can claim the value back from the Post Office (they don't cough up on glass or china on Standard parcel rate)

    The form is here:

You might as well go for your £9.99 after all this effort!!

Meanwhile no news here and the GM people will soon get tired enough of me copying them in on every angry email to do something, one hopes...
  • Mine arrived today, well wrapped and intact. Thanks to everyone who posted on this thread. It gave me the incentive to pursue this instead of just letting it drop, and I'm well pleased with the result.
