Also when get mine {not if} if there is any damage I will demand a replacement

I am starting to give up on this one guys. To be honest, it would have been nice to use outside during a BBQ, if we had had a summer, but I dont really feel like I can miss something I never had, and dont think I will have a need for one until xmas at the earliest!.
I have decided that I will send one more damning email to rpm, then will just forget about it and if I receive a smashed one, I will be wrapping it back up and sending a smashed one straight back to their offices!0 -

I just had mine delivered, the outer box looked OK, no rattling sounds, opened it to find the red GM box looking like someone had been playing football with it (crushed in on every corner and a bit missing from the bottom), luckily the pitcher inside had been well wrapped and was in 1 piece. Like others have said, thanks to everyone thats kept this thread alive, I would have forgotten or not bothered without you
