just got am email from GM ( had complained and eventually got my pitcher btw)

so even if i did not get it this was the offer they were meant to send a month ago as compensation its another competition not a freebie and it does not even end until 7th Jan 2008

Hi all
I've been a bit slow chasing this one up, but I emailed Jemma yesterday telling her that when I submitted my details I was told I was successful and a pitcher was on its way.
She has come back to me and told me that all 'successful' applicants were sent an email telling them as such and therefore I wasn't getting one.

Looking back through the thread, I can't see that anyone got an email apart from ones telling them they were unsuccessful? Can anyone confirm?

I finally received one out of the blue (cracked!) but I had not received ANY emails other than the "unsuccessful" one from Jemma and then another from her sourcing a replacement from "reserves" when I emailed to complain.
